What Led Me Here

Travel has been a meaningful part of my life ever since I studied abroad in Germany as a college student. Not only have the destinations themselves stayed with me, but also the people I’ve met, the friends I’ve made, and the small, unexpected moments that come from spending time in other cultures.

The idea of becoming a travel advisor first took shape during a family dinner, while talking about an upcoming trip to Turkey I’d be taking with my mom. Even after years of traveling, that trip brought back the spark I felt when I first explored Europe—and I realized I wanted to share that same sense of curiosity and possibility with others.

Travel Across Generations

Some of my favorite trips have been the ones shared across generations—with my own family, my in-laws, and later with my kids. There’s something special about seeing the world together at different stages of life and watching those experiences become stories your family tells for years.

Those trips shape how I plan today. Travel should deepen connection. It should give people time to truly be present together—something we don’t always get in everyday life.

Why History Matters to Me

I’ve always been drawn to places where history still feels close to the surface. Visiting places like Omaha Beach in Normandy, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, or the Colosseum in Rome connects you not just to the past, but to the people who lived it.

Some of my most meaningful travel moments have been exploring historic sites with family— talking about what happened there, how it shaped the world, and what it means today. Those experiences remind me that travel can be joyful and restorative, but also grounding.

How I Plan Your Journey

Every journey I plan starts with a conversation. I want to hear what draws you to a place—what you’re curious about, what matters to you, and what you hope to get out of the experience, whether that’s history, culture, food, beautiful scenery, or simply time together.

From there, I build the framework of your itinerary and work with trusted partners and local experts who know their regions better than any guidebook. I combine their insight with my own research to create a trip that feels thoughtful, personal, and shaped around what you value most.

The Heart of Epoch Voyages

Travel has enriched the relationships in my life—my marriage, my connection to my kids, and the time I’ve spent with my parents, extended family, and friends. Some of our most important memories were made far from home.

Epoch Voyages isn’t a large call center or a faceless brand. You’ll work directly with me.

Whether you’re imagining a multigenerational trip, a cultural deep dive, a historical exploration, or a meaningful getaway, I’d love to help bring it to life.
